Hi, I’m Lisa at Vibes Media Co!
I’m a Full Stack Marketing Creative

I specialize in working with mission-driven businesses, purpose-led entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. The kind of people who got into their work because they wanted to make a difference, not because they wanted to manage a content calendar. My job is to make the marketing side feel less overwhelming and a lot more effective, so you can stay focused on the work that actually matters.

Good marketing for people who do good things. That’s the whole thing.

๐Ÿงš๐Ÿป๐Ÿ“— Let’s start with the story. What’s my experience?

I actually didn’t start out in marketing, I was a creative that started out selling my product on Etsy. But I quickly found out that to run a successful business, I was going to have to do much, much more than that.ย

What made my shop work wasn’t just the product, it was learning how to reach people: social media, email, product listings, and a website that converted. I discovered that I actually liked the marketing part! So, when I decided I wanted a career that felt more purposeful, that felt like the right thing to do.

My first real marketing role was at a permaculture retreat center in Hawaii. A beautiful, scrappy, mission-driven place that ran on a shoestring budget and a lot of heart. I learned how to do a lot with a little, how to tell a story that resonates, and how to build a community online that mirrored one in real life. From there, I kept working with similar organizations until I had enough experience (and enough confidence) to go out on my own.

I’ve found my people in the mission-driven space, and it’s the work I find most meaningful. The work I get to do reaches millions of people every year. People who are more inspired to connect to nature, invest in their health, or find a soulful purpose in their life all because of the clients I get to work with. From my little home office, I get to be part of something much bigger than myself.ย

Currently, I’m based in Columbus, Ohio, serving clients across the country. When I’m not in marketing mode, you can find me playing board games, out at the local metro parks, or plotting my next travel adventure.

๐ŸŽจ Now let’s talk about what I do. What’s a “full stack marketing creative?”

“Full stack” in tech means someone who can work across the whole system including the front end (what people see) and the back end (what makes it work). A full-stack developer doesn’t just design or code, they do both ends and everything in between.

So, “full-stack marketing creative” means I work across the whole marketing system. Meaning thatย  I can write the copy, design the graphic, build the email sequence, set up the automation, connect the tools, and think through the strategy behind all of it.

What this means for you is that you don’t need five different vendors. The creative person, the strategist, the tech person โ€” that’s all me

What I love about this work is the variety! I might spend the morning deep in a client’s email automation and then the afternoon writing copy and designing graphics for someone else entirely. Across clients, and even within a single client, I get to bounce between creative work and technical work, big-picture strategy, and the hands-on work. ย I love building a full campaign from top to bottom and across multiple channels. Because I handle so many pieces of the puzzle myself, at the end I get to watch them all click into place, and that part is extremely satisfying.ย

There’s a debate in the marketing world about whether one person should do it all. For big organizations with big budgets, they’re not wrong, but I don’t work with big organizations. I work with small teams where everyone wears seventeen hats, roles don’t fit into tidy boxes, and where one person who gets the whole picture is pretty much the dream.ย
