Pacakges & Pricing
I offer work on a retainer model. A retainer is a set amount of time, reserved for you each month with one flat rate for any type of marketing work that I do. Rather than paying per deliverable, you’re securing dedicated hours that flex to whatever your marketing needs most: a content push one month, a launch the next, an automation overhaul after that.
We’ll map out what makes the most sense together, and I’ll always recommend a plan based on your goals, but the hours themselves aren’t locked to a rigid checklist.
Retainers are built on a rate of $45/hr
Monthly Retainers are best if you need consistent, flexible support without a heavy day-to-day presence or if you have a light to-do list.
Weekly Retainers are for clients who need more sustained involvement and larger projects. These are framed by the week for easier planning.

Example Project Times
These are all just examples! I’ll recommend the best retainer for you based on your goals and budget. Keep in mind that how long a task actually takes will depend on the speed or quality desired, the number of revision requests, and our collaborative working style.
We can always start small and build from there. As we work together and your marketing needs change, you can upsize your retainer during busy periods, or scale back down during slow spells. Changes take effect month to month, so you’re never locked into more (or less) than what you need.
Bigger projects, like a full website build, don’t have to happen in a single month either. We can spread the work across two retainer periods if that fits your budget or timeline better.

About the billing schedule
Monthly retainers are billed once a month, upfront for that month’s hours.
Weekly retainers are billed biweekly (every other week), since these tiers involve a higher hour commitment and more frequent touchpoints.
If neither of these fits your situation, custom billing schedules are available. Just ask, and we’ll figure out something that works for both of us!
If you go over hours
If a project runs long or you need more than your retainer covers in a given month, I’ll track the extra time and add it to your next invoice at my standard hourly rate of $45/hr. I’ll always do my best, but I can’t guarantee to accommodate more than what you’ve reserved on short notice.
If you come in under hours
You’re liable for the hours you’ve reserved. If there’s leftover time, we’ll find something to do with it! Like tackling a backburner task or giving the project more umph. If you happen to have a small amount of unused time (under 4 hours) it’ll roll over for one month.
If I can't fulfill your hours
For a small shortfall (under 4 hours) those hours simply roll forward to the next month, no different from how your own unused hours work. For a larger shortfall (over 4 hours) we’ll look at a prorated credit or refund instead.
If you want to change priorities
These are your hours, so you decide how they’re used. If your priorities shift month to month, we will adjust the plan. However, if you’re working toward a specific goal, like growing on social media, or launching something, I’ll usually recommend sticking to a specific strategy which requires a specific time commitment to actually get there. If that happens, I’ll bring it up, but you’ll always make the final call.
